My Story Extreme EP

On May 20th, we again had the privilege of partnering with students to help reach their peers with the Hope of the Gospel. Since 2012, students at Eden Prairie High School in Minnesota have been organizing annual My Story events where they share their own stories of how God has changed their lives. It was very exciting to join forces with these students and others for a night of fun with a purpose.

Once again it was a packed house as students filled the auditorium to hear true stories from fellow classmates and others about God's power to change lives. The night held skits, music, testimonies, games, a snippet of the UniShow and all pointed to the One who's story of death and resurrection brought life to the world.

At the end, students texted in their response to say "I'm All In" with Jesus, many for the first time.  Afterward, leaders hosted an after-party where students who responded gathered for food, fellowship and a fire, connecting individually with Christian peers who will help them grow in their journey.

Spring Splatter UniShow Style

Alderwood Community Church's 2nd-5th graders gathered at Cedar Springs Camp in Lake Stevens Washington for their annual retreat on May 6-7, 2016.  Back in 2009 we presented the UniShow for this elementary camp and it was exciting to be back.  This time Dustin not only performed the UniShow but was the main camp speaker.

He had the opportunity to share some "Pedal Power" with the 90 students throughout the weekend.   Sharing how David from the Bible surely had lots of time to develop his sling shot skills while watching over the sheep, Dustin challenged students to work hard and persevere to develop the gifts and talents God has given them.  Who knows, maybe someday God will call on them to sling stones with accurate precision at a giant to save a nation.  He also presented the Gospel and gave students the opportunity to surrender their lives completely to Jesus.  To wrap things up he challenged them to let their lights shine brightly in this dark world and share the Hope and Love of Jesus with those who have never heard of Him before, both near and far.

We are thankful for the opportunity to invest in these impressionable students and point them to Jesus who will help keep them on the narrow path that leads to life.  Leaders told us afterward that students will be greatly impacted for years to come through this event.
